TWO INJURED AFTER BONZA PLANE COCKPIT FILLS WITH SMOKE

Two people have been treated in hospital after a 'reported fumes incident' on a Bonza airlines plane.
Emergency services were called to Sunshine Coast Airport after reports there was smoke coming from the cockpit of the passenger jet on Tuesday afternoon.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesman told Daily Mail Australia that two crews were initially called to the scene about 4.30pm but were not needed.
Two people were transported in a stable condition to the Nambour Hospital.
No other plane occupants required paramedics' assistance.
It is understood that the plane was due to land and emergency services were on standby.
A Bonza spokeswoman said the airline would investigate the incident onboard flight AB570 from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast.
'All customers and crew are well and have disembarked with pilots undergoing precautionary checks.'
'The aircraft is currently being assessed by engineers.'
